Andreas Nanz is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Department of Communication at the University of Vienna since October 2018. He currently works on the project Social Media and Political Engagement: Mechanisms und Contingencies which is funded by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF). His main research interests include political communication, incidental exposure to political information, information processing, effects of social media as well as political participation.
