Christian von Sikorski is a senior researcher (Ph.D. in Media and Mass Communication) at the Department of Communication (AdME Research Group). His research focus is on media effects, research methods, online & visual communication. He currently works on a larger research project dealing with the depiction and the effects of mediated scandals. Christian was a visiting researcher at New York University (NYU) and Chinese University of Hong Kong and received awards from the German Communication Association (DGPuK) and the International Communication Association (ICA).
